Hi John,

I've been using WLW for ages now on my Wordpress site with no problems. Because WLW uses the Wordpress XML-RPC file under the hood I'd guess that any issues are more likely to be to do with your installation of Wordpress and not WLW. Good luck with beta 2.

As for suggesting Microsoft should use LAMP..

Damn it! I just download v1 yesterday and installed it. Couldn't get it to publish Wordpress blog posts so here's hoping v2 beta works. Loads of other people seem to have various issues with WP and WLR.

The live.com domain seems to be down at the moment so can't access the download! Microsoft should try a LAMP solution and maybe their website wouldn't go down :-P.
