They are working on Vista compatibility?! Why, did they think the Zune wouldn't have to be Vista compatible? Okay, I get that Vista RTM'd just days before the Zune came out and so there was no way that the Zune would be compatible from the get go; but Microsoft must have known this. Why wasn't there a PR plan in place with information abounding telling everyone how there was going to be an upgrade path and what that path was. No score for Microsoft PR on this front. :(
